1. How long will it take to process my order?

Answer: all orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and sent for shipping within two business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and sent for shipping the following Monday and Tuesday, respectively.

       2.  I received my order, but it was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

Answer: It’s no problem! We understand that things happen. Please send us a picture of your damaged items, WITHIN 24 HOURS of the delivery, exactly as they arrived to you in the box.  Please include your order number in the email. Your order will be replaced at no charge to you.

         3.  What is your refund/exchange policy?

Answer: if one of our products doesn’t work out
for you and you would like to exchange it, no worries! Simply ship the item back to us and a store credit will be applied to your next order in the amount equivalent to the product, or products, that you sent back to us. You will also receive free shipping on that order.
